4/2: 5-course Welcome Spring Dinner with Wine Pairings

Join us on Thursday, April 2nd 6:30pm for our final ticketed five-course paired pizza dinner inspired by iconic women chefs including Julia Child, Nancy Silverton, Marcella Hazan, Simone Beck, Lidia Bastianich, and Eugénie Brazier. This communal dining experience features three original brick-oven pizzas alongside seasonal courses, celebrating classical technique, tradition, and hospitality. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with a wine. The menu:

Snacks:
Crudités with bagna cauda (warm anchovy sauce)
Arancini-fennel, nduja, fontina
Spinach and leek frittata

First course: ricotta ravioli with pear
Pizza #1: asparagus, squash blossoms, zucchini, fresh herbs, scallions, cacio e pepe mascarpone
Pizza #2: potato and onion, raclette cheese, lardo, apricot glaze
Pizza #3: Coq au vin (red wine braised chicken)
Dessert : Chocolate cremeux, blackberries, hazelnuts
